From February 26th to 29th, 2004, young artists, filmmakers, musicians, theorists and activists from all over Europe and many other parts of the world met at the Muffathalle in Munich for a number of events, speeches, discussions, presentations, performances, concerts and actions reflecting the pulse of the age. After experimenting a lot with new video codecs and an efficient distribution system, the documentation of all the panel debates is now online and ready for download.

All panels and talks were held in english, though some specific parts have been translated. Check each Talk for details.
